There are so many benefits to exercising that it’s surprising so many people do not get enough regular exercise to keep them fit and healthy.
This can be for a number of reason as life can be very demanding and when life gets tough or we become very busy exercise is often the first thing to be dropped.
Regular physical exercise in times of stress, anxiety and depression has actually been proven to alleviate the symptoms, so don’t be dropping your exercise routine, see it as even more important during hard times.
